Shipping policy
At Nora Glam, we follow a Direct-to-You Fulfillment Model that allows us to offer unique fashion pieces at fair prices. All items undergo quality checks at our international facilities before shipping, which influences the overall delivery timeline.
This policy applies to all orders shipped within the United States.
1. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-5), Monday to Friday, begin processing the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing on the next business day.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
2. Handling & Quality Control (QC) Time
All orders require 2 to 4 business days for handling and preparation before shipment.
During this time, each item goes through a standard Quality Control (QC) check at our international facility. This includes inspection of materials, stitching, and overall condition before approval for packaging.
Handling is completed Monday to Friday only.
3. Transit & Delivery Time
Because our products ship from international fulfillment centers, the transit period is longer than domestic services.
Transit Time:
Delivery typically takes 15 to 30 business days after the order has shipped.
Deliveries occur Monday through Friday.
Customs processing, courier delays, or peak seasons may occasionally extend the timeline.
4. Estimated Total Delivery Window
Including both handling and transit time, the estimated total delivery window is:
17 to 34 business days from the date the order is placed.
5. Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all U.S. orders with no minimum spend.
There are no additional delivery fees at checkout.
All parcels include basic tracking and transit insurance.
6. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear as the package moves through international logistics hubs.
