This policy applies to all orders delivered within the United States.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible clothing and accessories.

To qualify, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • All original tags and labels attached

  • Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or stains

  • Returned in original packaging where applicable

  • In sellable condition, with no wear, tears, snags, lint, or pet hair

Non-returnable items include:

  • Intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, earrings, and hair accessories

  • Used, worn, damaged, or incomplete items

  • Final sale or clearance items

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
Exchange items must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.

If the requested size, color, or style is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Exchange shipping is free for approved requests.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email our customer care team at info@noraglam.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label by email.

  3. Print the label, pack your item securely, and drop it off at your nearest postal carrier.

Return shipping is free for approved returns. No restocking fees apply.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our US Returns Processing Center:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once processing is complete.

  • All refunds are issued in USD.

  • For international payment methods, banks or card providers may apply their own exchange rates or fees.
